♦ Collaborative Law As your collaborative attorney, I am able to build a team of professionals to provide the best resolution of issues. This is a voluntary and private process. We have a series of meetings to share relevant information and for you and your spouse to make all of the important decisions. My focus is to help you settle your case without litigation. ♦ Mediation As a mediator, I am a neutral professional who helps you and your spouse reach a settlement and prepare an agreement for court filing. Our mediation sessions provide an opportunity to share information and to make decisions. In between sessions and at the end of mediation, you and your spouse can consult with your own attorneys for advice and guidance. This is a voluntary and private process. On the other hand, if you wish, I could refer you to a mediator and then represent you as you go through the mediation process.
♦ Litigation with Negotiation As a traditional litigator, I appear in court, file pleadings and serve and respond to discovery requests on your behalf. I will prepare for trial and will enter into negotiations when adequate information has been exchanged.
